I would not recommend Carbase Weston Super Mare because its miles away from where I live and when you drive 4 hours to view smth i think the store can smell blood in the water. I somehow walked out of there with a warranty that I don't actually remember agreeing to. he told me about it, next thing i knew it was in the contract. when i queried it with the contract man, the numbers had all been baked into the deal and couldnt be changed. only he knows if that was true. time was running out and i might have had to drive 4 hrs home if they didn't crack on. which took a few hours.
anyway i don' like dealing with salesmen- being unconfident with knowledge about smth that is their full time job work makes me uncomfortable.
being asked to leave reviews in front of someone even more so.
I do have a lovely new car, and i love it... but they fully could see that.
extra 500 off the valuation of my part exchange - what am i supposed to say? no, ill drive back to london...
lived too far away to have any leverage basically - obviously tyhey know that.
so no - wouldnt recommend.

Carbase Weston Super Mare have a good choice of vehicles and friendly helpful staff. They rely very much on the website which has comprehensive details of each vehicle and where you can book test drives. Neil was very efficient and explained how the selling process worked. We drove off in the new car an hour and a half or so after arriving. That included part exchanging the old car. Happy to recommend to friends and family.
